SERVANT OF GOD
Pastor Thomas is the President and Founder of On Probation With The World Ministries. He is a servant of God with a passion to share the Gospel of Jesus , strengthen believers, and reach people with the love and truth of God’s Word. After giving his life to Jesus at the age of 17 and receiving a clear calling from God, he committed his life to preaching, teaching, writing, and serving others.
Pastor Thomas leads the ministry with a vision to spread the message of salvation, equip churches, support children and families, and bring hope to communities through faith, education, and compassionate outreach. His prayer is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus and for people around the world to know God’s love and purpose for their lives.
Alisha Javed serves as the Vice President of On Probation With The World Ministries. She is dedicated to supporting the ministry’s mission through leadership, administration, and outreach. With a heart for serving God and helping others, she works alongside the ministry team to encourage spiritual growth, organize ministry projects, and strengthen partnerships.
Alisha is committed to helping share the Gospel, supporting educational and community programs, and inspiring people to live with faith, hope, and compassion. Her desire is to see individuals and families experience God’s love and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

We believe every child and every learner deserves a safe, welcoming, and encouraging place to grow. Our ministry creates learning spaces where children, youth, and families are treated with love, respect, and dignity. Through Bible teaching, education, mentorship, and caring relationships, we help individuals develop spiritually, emotionally, and academically.
Our goal is to provide an environment where every person can learn with confidence, discover their God-given purpose, and build a brighter future through faith, knowledge, and hope.
Ministry Volunteers
Our ministry volunteers are the heart of our mission. They generously give their time, talents, and compassion to serve others with the love of Jesus . Whether teaching children, helping with outreach, supporting community programs, or assisting at ministry events, every volunteer plays an important role in sharing God’s love and bringing hope to those in need.
